Notice the teeny-tiny black speck against the window? This is a little chickadee that flew his way into our home through an open door. He smacked into the window and seemed stunned as he sat still when four curious onlookers came to check him out. Silas, the brave animal hunter, did attempt to touch the little bird which sent him flying off to the other window also resulting in the numerous shrieks and screams from those of us less brave than young Silas. The little bird eventually was captured in a towel and returned to the wild. Very Exciting!!!
